Questions We Hear Often

An SL track follows the natural curve of the spine — from the neck and shoulders, through the lumbar region, and down toward the glutes and upper hamstrings. A standard or S-track covers the upper back and lumbar only. If supporting the lower back and upper legs is important to you, an SL track design is generally worth considering.

Zero gravity is a reclining position that distributes your body weight more evenly by elevating your legs to roughly the same level as your heart. Many people find this position deeply comfortable during a massage session, as it reduces the sense of pressure along the spine. Most zero gravity chairs recline into this position at the touch of a button.

Most massage chairs require between 6 and 18 inches of clearance behind the chair to recline fully, depending on the model and its recline mechanism. We recommend measuring your intended space carefully before purchasing and checking the product dimensions listed on each product page. If space is limited, look for chairs described as wall-hugging or space-saving designs.

About Our Massage Chairs

A massage chair is designed to support the kind of deliberate rest that is easy to skip when life is full. Built around the natural curves and pressure points of the body, these chairs use a combination of rollers, airbags, heat, and adjustable recline to deliver a structured massage experience in the comfort of your own home. They are well suited to anyone who values recovery as part of their daily routine — whether that means unwinding after a long day at a desk, supporting tired muscles after movement, or simply creating a quiet moment of stillness in the evening. When choosing a massage chair, it is worth considering the track length and how much of the body it covers, the recline range and whether zero gravity positioning matters to you, the variety of massage programs available, and how the chair fits physically within your space. Material, build quality, and the intuitiveness of the controls are also worth weighing — a chair that is genuinely easy to use becomes part of a daily ritual far more readily than one that requires effort to operate.
